After reading the latest Kicker and checking out this website I figured it was about time to reconnect with the Keewaydin community. I can't believe that it was 17 years ago that I first stepped onto Keewaydin's soil and began an adventure that would truly shape my life. Three wilderness trips (Mistassini '87, Rupert '88, George '89), five summers of leading trips at camps in Wyoming and Oregon, and a 10,000 mile bicycle journey from Japan to Ireland later I find myself sitting in San Francisco day dreaming about life on the river. It's great to see the names of Seth Gibson, Hans Carlson, Ben Mcgraw, Breck Knauft, Schuy Thomson, and Charlot Gunner amongst others and relive some very fond memories.
